About Dr Soliman




Dr Soliman is a top physician and dual board-certified in the fields of anesthesiology and pain management. He started his own practice as he wanted to build an ethical practice that is completely patient-oriented and not motivated by seeing a high number of patients, but by providing quality care to each and every patient. In addition to Sigma Pain Clinic, Dr. Soliman is an expert panelist on the Texas Medical Board. Dr. Soliman completed his undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Austin in Biomedical Engineering with top honors. From there, he completed medical school at The University of Texas Southwestern. He then chose to complete his Anesthesiology residency at Loma Linda University in California prior to returning to Texas to complete his pain management fellowship at The University of Texas Health San Antonio. In his spare time, Dr. Soliman enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three adorable children. Dr. Soliman is looking forward to applying his pain medicine knowledge and skills to make your life better!

About Brian Starr




Dr. Starr has been practicing pain management for 12 years. He grew up in Southlake, Texas (go Dragons!) and graduated with high honors from the University of Notre Dame. He completed his medical school training in Galveston at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Texas’s first medical school. His residency in anesthesiology was completed at New York’s prestigious Mount Sinai hospital, followed by a pain medicine fellowship at the University of Virginia. He is joining Sigma Pain Clinic from his previous position on the faculty of Duke University School of Medicine. Dr. Starr is thrilled to bring his wife and three children home to Texas after a number of years away. He looks forward to combining his training and years of experience to offer the best in caring, compassionate, and cutting edge pain management to his patients. He practices at our new office in Live Oak, as well as Seguin and New Braunfels.

Sean Fletcher, MD

About Dr Sean Fletcher




Dr. Fletcher is a 10-year Army veteran and dual board-certified in the fields of Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He grew up in Hampton, Virginia and earned honors studying Biology at Virginia Tech. He then obtained his Medical Degree through the Army’s Health Professions Scholarship Program as part of the first class at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. He completed his Residency and Fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland providing care for wounded warriors, soldiers, and their family members. He most recently served as faculty for Uniformed Services University at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio teaching future Pain Management doctors, residents, and medical students. Dr. Fletcher fell in love with the people (and warm weather) of South Texas and decided upon leaving the military to join Sigma Pain Clinic. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing chess, and weightlifting. He is looking forward to bringing his experience and skills to Sigma Pain and helping you achieve your goals.

About Dr Napoleon Roux




Dr. Roux is a 24-year Air Force Veteran and dual board-certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. He grew up in Virginia, graduating with honors from the University of Virginia (go Wahoos!). His medical training includes the USU School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland, an anesthesiology residency at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), and a pain medicine fellowship at the world-renowned Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Before leaving the military, he served as Program Director, Pain Medicine Fellowship, and USU Assistant Professor. He enjoys traveling and spending free time with his wife, four kids, and two dogs. Dr. Roux is excited about using his years of training and experience to provide his patients with the best evidence-based pain management treatment.

About Dr. Roper




Dr. Roper is an Air Force Veteran board-certified in Emergency Medicine and completed her pain fellowship at the prestigious Duke University, which was awarded the Pain Medicine Fellowship Excellence Award in 2024. After serving as an emergency physician overseas, the Air Force brought her to San Antonio Military Center where she was academic faculty at this level one trauma center. After completing her military commitment and working as an emergency physician for 12 years she sought out additional training in interventional pain. She has a passion for giving patients longer lasting pain relief while minimizing the use of medications with harmful or unwanted side effects. She is a huge advocate for health and fitness. In her free time, she enjoys climbing, yoga, hiking, biking and traveling. She is eager to help her patients manage their pain and get back to doing the activities they love.   
Dr. Roper received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her emergency medicine residency at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Christopher Reeves is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing with distinction. He received his licensure through the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Initially, he obtained his certification as an LVN and worked in several different areas of the medical field. He then obtained his Bachelors of Science in Nursing at University of Texas at Arlington in 2012 with honors. He also is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Once graduated, he spent 7 years working as a charge RN at an acute care hospital in San Antonio on the surgical/medical unit. In 2016 he graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing. Working closely with Dr. Soliman, Christopher thoroughly understands how to identify and treat acute and chronic pain conditions. Christopher has been trained by Dr. Soliman and collaborates to make an informed treatment plan. Dr. Soliman and Christopher make an expert team that tackle even the most severe cases of chronic pain using the latest advanced treatments available today. Christopher Reeves recognizes the importance of patient centered medical treatment. Christopher is compassionate and understanding in how chronic pain can interfere with daily activity.

Leslie Garcia is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her licensure through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She started her career as a Registered Nurse in 2012 with most of her experience in the Emergency Room as a Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse. She received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Coastal Carolina Community College with Honors Distinction in 2012. She then went on to obtain her Bachelors of Science in Nursing with Magna Cum Laude Distinction in 2018 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021 from the University of Texas at Arlington. With over 10 years of experience in patient care, Leslie strives to provide the best, individualized care possible to all patients.
